NAX Skincare is a registered business based in Accra, Ghana, founded in 2021. We produce handmade skincare products and sell select skincare tools and accessories.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If this happens, you will be notified and refunded in full.

Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHC) and may change without prior notice, though confirmed orders will honor the price at the time of purchase.

Please double check your delivery address, pickup selection, and contact details before submitting your order, as errors may delay processing.

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not have access to or store your full card or mobile money details.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to courier availability, weather, or location.

Pickup orders require confirmation with us via WhatsApp before collection. Orders not confirmed or collected within a reasonable timeframe may be affected by stock rotation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third party couriers or delivery partners once an order has been dispatched, though we will assist in resolving any issues where possible.

Our products are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, scent, or texture between batches are natural and do not indicate a defect.

Product descriptions, benefits, and usage instructions are provided for general guidance and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or skin condition. We recommend patch testing any new product before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin, known allergies, or specific skin conditions.

Resale items (such as the sunscreen, gloves, massager, bottle, and hanger) are sourced from other brands or suppliers, and their original packaging or manufacturer information applies where relevant.

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details. In summary, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, while unopened non-skincare items may be exchanged within 5 days. Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for free replacement when reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To the extent permitted by law, NAX Skincare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions, warnings, and usage instructions before use, and for discontinuing use and seeking medical advice if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

All content on this website, including our brand name, logo, product descriptions, and images, is the property of NAX Skincare and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as our business grows. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
