How to use

Face

  1. Wet your face with water.
  2. Take a small amount of soap and lather between your palms.
  3. Apply gently to your face in circular motions. (Use our silicone facial scrubber for even better results)
  4. Leave on for 30–60 seconds to allow the active ingredients to work.
  5. Rinse thoroughly with cool water.
  6. Pat dry.
  7. Follow with your favorite toner or moisturizer.
  8. Use once or twice daily.

Body

  1. Apply to wet skin using your sponge or a washcloth.
  2. Work into a lather and massage over the body.
  3. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. For best results, follow with our Luxury Body Butter or Raw Shea Butter with Vitamin E oil while skin is still slightly damp.

For sensitive skin, start by using 2–3 times per week and gradually build up.

Skin type suitability

Suitable for all skin types, including oily, dry, combination, and normal skin. Those with very sensitive skin should patch test first, as with any active botanical formula.

Warnings & cautions

Storage & care

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the lid tightly closed between uses to keep the paste fresh and prevent contamination. Avoid letting water pool inside the jar.

Shelf life

Best used within 6 months of opening. Keep away from heat, since this helps the paste maintain its texture and effectiveness.

Good to know

The turmeric and camwood in this formula give the paste its natural golden-brown colour and can leave a temporary tint on light-coloured towels, sinks, or tubs. This fades quickly with water and isn't a stain on skin, just something to know before your first wash.
